JEWELRY WARRANTY ON NEW PURCHASES F5 Gems provides a lifetime warranty on all your jewelry purchased in our store, from an F5 Distributor, or Hostess at an F5 Showcase. This lifetime warranty covers all manufacturers’ defects in material or workmanship but it does not cover neglect or abuse. Therefore, the periodic inspection of your jewelry purchase is the best way to safeguard against any potential problems. WARRANTY EXCEPTIONS AND EXCLUSIONS: The F5 Gems Lifetime Warranty does NOT cover the following items: 1. Any damage to your jewelry purchase due to negligence or abuse. (For Example: If a stone is lost due to bent, damaged, or worn out prongs, F5 Gems is not responsible for the replacement of the stone or the retipping of the prongs. The jewelry was neglected and abused and therefore the warranty becomes void.) 2. If another jeweler performs any repair work on an item purchased from F5 Gems we will not be held responsible for any loss or defect and the lifetime warranty becomes null and void. WARRANTY REPLACEMENT Simply call our toll free number 888-367-4709 to get the address and RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization code) to send in your jewelry. We will reimburse you the shipping cost to send the item to us. Please include a copy of the shipping receipt along with the item in question being returned. Allow 3 – 5 business days after your jewelry has arrived for a jeweler to inspect your jewelry. After inspection, we will notify you and if it has been approved for replacement, we will mail the replacement. If the jewelry being replaced is no longer available, then we will let you select another item that is equal in value. Within the first 30 days of purchase there are no jeweler fees. After 30 days there is a $15.00 service fee per item being returned. Please include this amount when returning an item after 30 days in the form of check or money order.
